Accommodation: Camping on site (no hook-ups). The Blue Spruce Pub in Forget has free camping for the weekend of the festival. Stoughton (9 km west) has motels and camping. Arcola (28 km east) has a motel and camping. Moose Mountain Provincial Park (north of Carlyle) is about 70 km away, with a wide range of accommodations and recreational facilities.
Facilities at the festival will include: Food booths, beer gardens, toilets, drinking water, free parking, an outdoor stage and lots of lawn for your blanket or lawn chair.
Artisans: apply for a booth by printing an application form (Word document or pdf) and mailing it to the address given, by mid May.
